Midwestern State University scholarships provide students the support they need in pursuing their college education and achieving their dreams.

Midwestern State University offers various institutional scholarships to support our newly admitted and continuing students. Opportunities are available for undergraduate and graduate students. Most scholarships are open to all Midwestern State University students, regardless of residency/immigration status.

Sign In using your credentials provided to you by MSU Texas. You will use your username and password, not the Mustang ID.

Please note that undergraduate merit scholarships do NOT require an application and are offered at the point of admission to students meeting the criteria and scholarship deadline.

Attention: This application is for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027 academic year. The scholarship application will open on January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM and will close March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM. This does not include the General Merit based scholarships through the Admissions Office, which do not require an application.
